Magdalena Hoeltzel Wilhelm

Magdalena, known as Lena, came to America with her father at age 10 in 1888. In 1903 she brought George's three daughters to Oklahoma. She planned to keep house for her brother, however, in a short time she met Edward Wilhelm and married in December of 1903. They left the community by team and wagon for Minnesota where he found work as a miller. She later lived in Racine, Wisconsin and then with her daughter in Arizona. 

Lena and Edward had four children: Herbert, twins John and Edward who died at birth, and Ella Caroline.
